Why I ask my clients to speak about Talking Wolves..

You don’t wake up the day after heartbreak feeling “new”.
You wake up and the bed still feels too big. Your chest still aches. And somewhere inside, you still find yourself replaying the same scenes — over and over — like a film that never changes its ending.

I know this space. The in-between.

You’ve left one life, but the next hasn’t arrived yet. It’s like standing in the middle of a forest with no path in sight.

This is where Neuro Fairy Tale can meet you.

What Is the Neuro Fairy Tale Method?

Imagine being able to step into a world where your pain becomes a forest you can walk through, your fear becomes a shadow you can name, and your hope is a small but steady light you can carry in your hands.

The Neuro Fairy Tale method is a guided coaching storytelling process  that lets you explore your own emotions through the language of symbols, archetypes, and imagination.
It’s not about “writing well” or knowing how stories work. You don’t need to be a writer at all.
It’s about letting your inner world speak in the way it’s been trying to all along.

Why Fairy Tales Heal When Logic Doesn’t

After a breakup, your mind might “understand” what happened, but your heart often refuses to follow.
Traditional logic sometimes can’t untangle the knots of grief, shame, and longing. But story can.

Neuropsychology shows us that when we experience a narrative, especially one rich in symbols, our brain doesn’t just observe it, it lives it. We feel it in the body. We test new possibilities in the safety of imagination before bringing them into reality.

When you change your inner story, you’re rehearsing a different ending for your emotional life.

Three Ways the Neuro Fairy Tale Method Helps You Heal

  1. Creative Expression Without Censorship

It can be hard to say “I’m lonely” or “I’m still angry” out loud. But it’s easier to say:

“I’m a fox wandering the winter woods, looking for the den I lost.”

In the Neuro Fairy Tale process, metaphors carry the weight of truth. You get to say what you feel without the fear of judgement because in a story, anything can exist.

  1. Self-Discovery Through Symbols

Every character that appears in your fairy tale, every landscape, and event in your story carries meaning.
A locked tower might be your guarded heart.
A disappearing bridge might be trust that’s been broken too many times.

By exploring these symbols together, we uncover the hidden patterns shaping your choices and relationships. This isn’t about overanalysing — it’s about giving your unconscious a language you can finally understand.

  1. Transformation Through New Endings

You don’t just tell your story — you reshape it in a fun and creative way.

If your heroine has been wandering for years, what happens when she finds her guide?

If the shadow has been chasing her, what happens when she turns and looks it in the eye?

These changes in the story are rehearsals for emotional courage in real life. When your brain has felt the relief of overcoming something in a safe, symbolic space, it becomes easier to create that shift outside of it.

A True Story from My Practice

(Details changed for privacy)

One woman came to me months after her divorce, saying she felt “stuck in limbo”. In her story, she became a sailor adrift in a fog. Every direction looked the same. No wind came.

We explored what might happen if she called for help. Soon, in her tale, a small lighthouse appeared in the distance — not enough to see the shore, but enough to steer towards.

A week later, she emailed me: “I signed up for a class I’ve been putting off for years. I think that lighthouse is real.”

Why This Method Speaks to Women After Breakups

Heartbreak can make you feel voiceless — like a side character in your own life.
The Neuro Fairy Tale method hands you back the pen.

You’re not just “moving on” — you’re rewriting the role you play in your own story.
You get to decide what the heroine learns, how she grows, and where she goes next. Anything is possible is a fairy tale and so is in your life. When you allow yourself to tell your story through the eyes of your fairy tale character that you may not even know now, you start seeing new opportunities and things gradually start making sense to you.

What to Expect in a Session

We start by building your world together. I ask questions that gently draw out its colours, landscapes, and inhabitants. From there, we follow the threads of the story — sometimes into shadows, sometimes towards light — until we reach a place that feels like truth. Remember – it is your story – you are the author, and I guide you through the doors, corridors, rooms and walls of your imagination, so that you can create your new story with ease while having fun creating it.

You leave not only with your story, but with a shift inside you. A change in the way you see your journey. And sometimes, that’s enough to take the first step forward.

The Science Behind the Magic

  • Narrative therapy: The stories you tell about yourself shape your identity. Change the story, and the identity shifts too.
  • Symbolic imagery: Symbols allow us to express what we can’t put into plain words.
  • Neuroplasticity: The brain can literally rewire when exposed to repeated, emotionally charged imagery.

It’s not “just a fairy tale”. It’s a rehearsal for a life you haven’t yet lived.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here:

If you’ve been standing in that forest with no path in sight, maybe this is where your turning point begins.

Book a free 20-minute call and let’s start shaping the story where you — not heartbreak — decide how it ends.
